Day two and we are already tired, but excited at all we are seeing. We began the day with Prima. We will be bringing some additional stitched papers and lots of new flowers and embellishments into the store including more of the little critters everyone loved. Our next stop was 3 Bugs in a Rug, who had an adorable boy line that we had to purchase all of! We also picked up selections from their other new lines. One of our very favorite companies, Best Creations, took no time at all to order from. Once again, we pretty much chose all of their amazing glittery papers! Another one of our absolute favorites, Graphics 45, continued to amaze us and we had to have most of it, as well. We took lots of pictures of their booth and samples, since they won best of show for their booth last CHA and probably will again this time, and I wanted you to be able to experience some of their out-of-this-world creativity. We purchased several pieces from the new Karen Foster, Paperhouse, SRM, and Cosmo Cricket lines. If you like our clear pail buckets from Stampendous, you are going to love their two new sizes! They are so cute! We were so sure that you were going to love them as much as we did that we bought cases of all of the sizes, as well as, new class-a-peels and clear stamps. For those of you that are fans of the awesome Coredinations papers, we have some big news for you. We have decided to carry their entire collection! It should be arriving in the next few weeks and will be located on the other side of our Bazzill cardstock. We also picked up their Jenny Bowlin Coredinations pad, which is just beautiful. Don't worry, though, we added some new colors of Bazzill to our collection and will now carry several of their stitching templates and all of their new bling! Watch for their fun Halloween and Christmas On-The-Edge Borders to arrived at the store as they are limited editions and you won't want to miss out on them. Petaloo dazzled us with some of the cutest glitter embellishments that we've seen, their Dazzlers, We had to have them all, along with some of their new flower packs. Sandylion had new Disney, Toy Story, Winnie the Pooh, and other licensed products, along with lots of 3-D stickers that we couldn't resist. We can't remember if we've carried Melissa Francis before, but we've admired her work for a long time. We took the plunge to add yet another manufacturer and were delighted with her little houses, tinsel, acid-free crepe paper, mini albums, variety of embellishments and awesome Bingo cards. We were astonished with the multitude of new products from Me and My Big Ideas! Based on the past two shows, we thought we would finish the day with a quick order, but ended up walking out of there an hour later after selecting nearly the whole booth. They have brought back a few items based on their original cute little "kids" in honor of their 10th anniversary. If you've been scrapping for more than five years, you probably remember them. Once again, head on over to our Memories on Fifth facebook page to view photos from today and some of the awesome samples we found in the booths. To make room for all of this, our sale for Thursday, July 30, 2009, will once again be 25% off of merchandise from all manufacturers highlighted above. |
